Please begin by contacting us. Once you do, we will answer any immediate questions you have. At that time, we will suggest a short, in person, meet and greet during which time we will discuss specifics about the needs of the recipient, cost, time for tutoring, etc. Once the meeting has taken place, a tutor will be assigned.
How do I get a tutor?
We will come directly to your home to tutor your child; however, if you don't want us to come to your home and you choose to meet us at a neutral location that will be fine. The program is designed to provide the recipient with two days (an hour each) of tutoring each week. Of course, it you want more or less tutoring we will be obligated to oblige your request.

What can I get help with?
What's the minimum time to work with a tutor?
Some companies will require that you stay with them for a year. We don't think it takes that long. Typically, after a school quarter's worth of tutoring, your child should be displaying some of the things that we been speaking into him/her. After about two quarter's worth of tutoring, your child should be effectively using the strategies we've taught. By and large, our attempt is to teach your child how to learn based upon with what they come equipped. In essence, we utilized research based ideals that cater to your child's particular style of learning.
We always debrief you and discuss progress (lack therof) on a regular basis (but not less that once a week). The debrief occurs in person, via text, email, or over the phone.
Can I review my previous sessions?
Tutoring is not inexpensive, so our apologies; however, our tutoring costs are below the norm. Therefore, our tutoring costs are $50 per hour, and we do offer a 40% off sibling discount if we are tutoring sibling pairs on similar subjects during the same hour.

Can I work with the same tutor
Once we assign a tutor, our goal is to keep you with the same tutor throughout the relationship. Please trust us, however, as we may send a substitute if your assigned tutor is ill or otherwise predisposed. All changes will be coordinated and approved by you.
